Website analytics
With your consent, Amazon CloudWatch Real User Monitoring helps ZAS understand anonymous website journeys, page performance, browser errors and service reliability. It records route paths without query strings, browser and device category, random browser and session identifiers, and coarse location such as country, region and city. ZAS does not send names, email addresses, form answers, uploaded documents, order identifiers or payment details through website analytics.
Campaign attribution
Campaign tags and the referring website hostname may be retained for the current browser tab so ZAS can understand which public communications lead to useful services. Full referring URLs and form values are not collected.
Your choice
Choose Essential only to keep analytics disabled. You can review or change your choice at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. Revoking consent stops collection and clears known analytics cookies from this browser.
Retention and providers
CloudWatch RUM telemetry is retained for 30 days. ZAS may also enable a ZAS-owned Google Analytics property for longer-term aggregate reporting; the Google script is not loaded unless configured and you have consented.
